In connection with salads launch in the Washington DC market, new creative was produced with recurring characters talking about key brand attributes of Potbelly: click here to hear the Cognitive Thought DC Salad spot (1 min). Overall, salad introduction and radio resulted in a 20-40% increase in salad unit sales and a 5-7% incremental sales lift overall.
Produced brand building spots for both Chicago and DC that resulted in 4-6% sales gains and improvements in awareness of key brand elements:
