Largest product roll-out in company history and resulted in a 20-40% increase in salad unit sales and a 5-7% incremental overall sales lift (across all markets). Required coordination of technology and operations elements along with multi-faceted communication plan including radio, direct mail, print, internet, promotions and in-store marketing.
