Developed McPick flexible value meals program which allowed for choice of various food options in addition to fries and a drink with your value meal. Secured three TV test markets via formal pitches to local co-ops who saw 5-8% sales increases and improvements in brand attribute scores. Oversaw creation of all operations, training, and communication elements for McPick. Marketing plan included collaboration with national and local advertising agencies, franchisees, and operators. Led creative team in development of two television spots.
