I worked very closely with Scott at both McDonald's and Quiznos and have know him for almost 10 years. He has an amazing ability to listen to what customers are saying and understand where there are opportunities to create new offerings that will be successful in the marketplace.  In addition, I found Scott to be a fantastic creative partner to collaborate with in creating new products.  He is one of those rare people who is extremely creative and also has tremendous strategic and analytical skills as well.  I sincerely hope we get a chance to work together again. — Andrew Selvaggio
