Proven Leader

I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to lead teams in a variety of settings - including large cross-functional teams, functional departments, client engagements, and consulting projects. I derive a tremendous amount of satisfaction from seeing a group of individuals come together as a team to accomplish something great. The opportunity to mentor and develop people probably gives me more personal satisfaction than anything else in business.
